Refund & Returns Policy
Coaching & Training Services
All payments for 1:1 private personal training, group training, and customised nutrition coaching are final.
Upfront Payment Required: Services must be paid in full prior to commencement or via an approved payment plan.
No Refunds: Once payment is received, no refunds or holds are available for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction.
Missed Sessions: Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.
Physical Product Returns
We aim to ensure product satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our business, our return policy is as follows:
No Refunds for Change of Mind: All physical product sales (e.g. T-shirts, water bottles, booty bands) are final.
Faulty Items: If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@thefitnation.com.au
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Faulty items must be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued.
How to Request a Return for Faulty Products
Email us at info@thefitnation.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the faulty item.
Once approved, return the item to the provided address.
We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the fault.
